The Capability Directory (CD) is responsible to keep track of the services available in each data center and
to provide the SRE with a list of available data centers with sufficient capabilities to meet the requirements
of each request..
Configuring the Capability Directory
Configure the capability directory (CD) on the DC-facing PE on which the SRE is installed.
SUMMARY STEPS
1. cd xmpp username user password pass
2. xmpp server type cd host hostname
