2. You are asked to confirm your intention to remove the device (software). Click Yes to
uninstall the Modem.
3. A new window appears and asks that you not unplug the USB cable until after the
device driver has been completely removed. Click OK to proceed.
4. A new window appears asking that you unplug the USB cable. Please unplug your
modem from the computer and click OK to proceed.
