Faulty spark plug.
Dirty fuel filter.

Loose or damaged wiring_
Carburetor out of adjustment.
Engine valves out of adjustment,,

CORRECTION
Recharge or repface battery
Clean battery terminals,,
Check all wiring.
Check/replace solenoid or starter.
Raise cutting height/reduce
speed.
Adjust throttle control°
Clean underside of mower
housing.
Clean/replace air filter.
Check oil level/change oil..
Clean and regap or change spark
plug,
Replace fuel filter,
Empty fuel tank and refill tank wilh
fresh, clean gasoline.
Empty fuel tank and carburetor,
refill tank with fresh gasoline and
replace fuel filter
Connect and tighten spark plug
wire.,
Clean engine air screen/fins
Clean!replace muffler
Check all wiring,
See "To Adjust Carburetor" in
Service and Adjustments section.
Contact a Sears or other qualified

Replace blade. Tighten blade bolt,
