Appliqués
You can create an appliqué by cutting a different
piece of fabric into a shape and using it as a
decoration.
a Baste the cut design to the fabric.
b Select a stitch.
Application

c Carefully sew around the edge of the design.
Memo
● Make reinforcing straight stitches at the
beginning and the end of stitching.
CAUTION

during sewing, as the needle can break. You
may also be injured.

e Remove the basting, if necessary.
