8. Connect the riser-card power cable 1 to the PCI-X riser-card assembly 2 .
If you have to remove the PCI-X riser-card assembly from the server, disconnect
the riser-card power cable from the assembly first; then, grasp the front and rear
edges of the assembly and lift the assembly out of the server.
If you have other devices to install or remove, do so now. Otherwise, go to
"Completing the installation" on page 35.

Installing a memory module

The following notes describe the types of dual inline memory modules (DIMMs) that
the server supports and other information that you must consider when you install
DIMMs:
v The server supports 512 MB, 1 GB, and 2 GB DIMMs, for a maximum of 8 GB of
