Dialing mode (tone or pulse)

When you place a call, the numbers are generated
either by tone or pulse. Your phone is set to the
tone dialing mode by default.
If you are not sure which dialing mode is best for
your service, contact your telephone service pro-
vider.
To select a dialing mode
