6. Grasp the memory module by the sides and pull it out.
Do not touch the connectors on the memory module or on the computer.
Debris on the connectors may cause memory access problems.
7. Seat the cover and secure it with one screw.

Additional battery pack (9 Cell and 6 Cell)

You can increase the portability of the computer with additional battery
packs (9 Cell : PA3257* , 6 Cell : PA3248*). If you're away from an AC
power source, you can replace a low battery with a fully charged one. See

You can install a secondary battery pack (PA3249*) in the computer's
