Disassemble the rear case of phone.
Connect the Ear-Mic Headset
to the Ear-Mic Socket of phone.
Check Soldering of
C307,C308,L303,FB300,VA300,
L100,C119
YES
Check the status of R300,R301.
Is itís voltage 2.5V?
YES
Check the soldering Pin #2
YES
U102(ABB) is broken.
Change the board.
