Disassemble the rear case of phone.
Connect the Ear-Mic Headset
to the Ear-Mic Socket of phone.
Check Soldering of L302, L303,
FB303, FB304
YES
Check the status of R307.
Is itís voltage 2.5V?
YES
Check the soldering Pin #2
YES
U102(ABB) is broken.
Change the board.

Is it O.K?
of CN300
NO
Re-solder
L302, L303, FB303, FB304
NO
U102(ABB) is broken.
Change the board.
NO
Resolder Pin #2 of CN300
