Cleaning your printer ________
To keep your printer in good operating condition, you are
advised to clean it regularly.
Set the printer Power Switch to OFF and disconnect the
power cable from the printer before cleaning the printer.
Printer exterior
Keep the Top Cover closed to avoid the possibility of
detergent entering the printer
Clean the exterior of the printer as required, but at least every
six months or 300 hours of operation, whichever comes first.
1. Moisten a piece of cotton cloth with diluted neutral
detergent and carefully wipe the printer's exterior.
Printer interior
As the print head becomes hot during printing, allow it
to cool before carrying out any cleaning inside the
printer.
Do not use any flammable solvents for cleaning the
printer to avoid any risk of fire or electric shock.
Clean the interior of the printer every 6 months or 300 hours
of operation, whichever comes first.
