Replacement parts or units will be either new or equivalent to new in performance. If Compaq is unable, within a reasonable time, to repair or replace any product to a condition as warranted, you will be entitled to a refund of the purchase price on a pro-rated basis upon prompt return of the product.
If necessary, Compaq will provide you with telephone assistance. Defective parts and units must be returned to Compaq within 30 days.
