Not enough free Not enough free space for
space saving files
Corrupted file The file is corrupted
Paper error The paper is insufficient.
Printer error The paper is caught in the
printer.
Ink error Ink is low.
Wrong error The file is wrong.
USB transfer error The error is occurred while
transferring data.
Low battery Battery is low.
Holding the key The hold key is locked.
Card error The memory card is
corrupted.
Not formatted Format the memory card.
Write error Failed to write.
Read error Failed to read.
Not supported The format is not
format supported.
Write protected Memory Stick is protected
to write.
MPEG decoding The video file is corrupted.

Symptom Possible Causes
No power is supplied The power is not connected properly
The battery is dead

Check the space of internal memory or the Memory
Stick.
Delete the corrupted file.
Check the paper in the printer.
If there is no paper, insert the paper.
Check that paper is caught in the printer. Pull out the
caught paper.
Check if the ink or toner is low.
Check that the file is JPEG.
Disconnect the USB cable and connect it again.
Charge the battery pack or connect the AC Adapter.
Unlock the hold key and operate the CAM.
Format the Memory Stick or replace it with new one.
Format the Memory Stick.
Check the memory space or format the memory.
Delete the file.
The AVI or JPEG file that is not supported.
Check the supported file on the page 30.
Unlock the Memory Stick.
Delete the corrupted file.

Solución
Compruebe el espacio de la memoria interna o del
Memory Stick.
Borre el archivo dañado.
Compruebe el papel en la impresora. SI no hay papel,
inserte papel.
Compruebe si el papel se ha atascado en la impresora.
Retire el papel atascado.
Compruebe si la tinta o el tóner está bajo.
Compruebe que el archivo sea JPEG.
Desconecte el cable USB y conéctelo de nuevo.
Cargue la batería o conecte el adaptador de CA.
Desbloquee la tecla Hold y utilice la VIDEOCÁMARA.
Dé formato al Memory Stick o cámbielo por uno nuevo.
Dé formato al Memory Stick.
Compruebe el espacio en memoria o dé formato a la
memoria.
Borre el archivo.
No se admite el archivo AVI o JPEG.
Compruebe los archivos admitidos en la página 30.
Desbloquee el Memory Stick.
Borre el archivo dañado.

Conecte correctamente el
adaptador de CA, página 24
Sustituya la batería muerta.
Caliente la batería o trasládese a un
lugar más cálido.
Defina Date/Time <Fecha y hora>,
