WaveoTouch TM (semect mod÷ws)
Your refrigerator is equipped with a Wave-Touch
TM
control panel display. It is only necessary to gently
touch the glass. There are three (3) levels of display.
1st Level: Sleep Mode
Sleep Mode displays only the WATER, CUBES and
CRUSHED options. Touch an icon to activate the
desired dispenser mode. The active dispenser mode is
more brightly illuminated.
2 °d Level: Awakened Display Mode
The control panel is awakened by touching anywhere
on the glass where there is an indicator. Black space
will not awaken the display: After 10 seconds of
inactivity, the control panel will return to the Sleep mode.
The following dispenser options are illuminated:
ice off
fastfreeze
dispenserlight
control l ock
Press and hold for three (3) seconds to turn
the ice maker "ON" or "OFF".Turning the ice
rnaker "OFF' disablesthe ice dispensing feature.
Neither "CUBES"nor "CRUSHED"will operate
with the ice maker "OFF".
Activates afaster rate for freezingfood
On/ Off
Press and hold for three (3) seconds to activate
and deactivate.This restricts undesired changes
to the refrigerator's settings and prevents use of
the ice andwater dispenser.
IMPORTANT
When the ice maker is turned off, the ice in the bucket
should be transferred
to the freezer
or discarded
to
prevent it from melting.
3 rd Leveh User Variable Options
Touching the options icon displays the following options:
vacationmode
waterfilter
air filter
letupdisplay
letupmode
mutesounds
factory default
on off
Conservesenergy by increasing the time
betweenautornatic defrost. This feature is auto-
matically activated during long periods between
door openings. Vacation mode is manually
activated when the red indicator is lit.
Touch to display filter condition status. Press
and hold for three (3) seconds to resetafter filter
change.
Touch to displayfilter status. Pressand hold for
three (3) seconds to reset after filter change.
When active, it allows the display of the freezer
andfridge temps during "Sleep Mode". The
temperature is displayed when the red indicator
is tit.
Touchto toggledisplay from Fahrenheit to
Celsius.
Tonesemitted by each keypress can be turned
off based on user preference.The sounds are
muted when the red indicator is lit. Warning
signals will stay active.
Resets all refrigerator settings such astemp,
ternp display, and alarm tones to their factory
default settings.
Press and hold for three (3) seconds to turn
off the cooling system to clean the refrigera-
tor. It also turns off the ice maker,all dispenser
functions, and the PerfectTemp
TM
drawer (select
models). Thetemperature display will read OFE
IMPORTANT
Pressing the system on/off icon does not turn off
power to your refrigerator. "Youmust unplug the power
cord from the wall outlet.
