Exploring the desktop
Recycle Bin — Holds files you have deleted. You may be
able to retrieve these files until you empty the Recycle Bin.
Internet Explorer — The Microsoft
access to the Internet.

Start button

You use the Start button to:
Start programs
Access Microsoft
information
Open documents
Adjust system settings
Find files
Access Windows
Run programs
Suspend system activity and shut down the computer
TECHNICAL NOTE: If you delete a file from a disk, it does not
go into the Recycle Bin. For more information on the Recycle
Bin, see Windows online Help.
If you place the cursor over an icon, a pop-up description of
the file contents appears.
