2. Lift the paper feeder and remove all of the paper inside, including any torn
pieces. Then lower the paper feeder (but don't close the ADF cover).

3. Raise the ADF input tray and carefully remove the jammed paper.
4. Return the ADF input tray to its original position and close the ADF cover.
