I I Check at the intervals listed in the following chart.

Check for excessive slack.
Drive Chain
Check & adjust as required.
Lubricate
Sprockets
Check set screw tightness
Clutch
Check & adjust as required
Belt
Check condition & tension
Fasteners
Check & tighten as required
Manual Disconnect
Check & Operate
Check for wear & Lubricate
Bearings & Shafts
✳ ✳ Use SAE 30 Oil (Never use grease or silicone spray).
✔ ✔ Repeat ALL procedures.
I I Do not lubricate motor. Motor bearings are rated for continuous operation.
I I Do not lubricate clutch or V-belt.
I I Inspect and service whenever a malfunction is observed or suspected.
I I CAUTION: BEFORE SERVICING, ALWAYS DISCONNECT OPERATOR FROM POWER SUPPLY.
