Insert the Setup CD into your CD-ROM drive.

Click the [Start] button, point to [Settings] and then click [Printers].

The printer folder opens.
Double-click the [Add Printer] icon.

The [Add Printer Wizard] screen appears.
Select the [Network printer server] button, and click [Next>].

The [Connect to Printer] screen appears.
Type the IP address of the server (fax main unit) into [Printer], and click [OK].
