Formatting options

Use this tab to set options that affect your dictation. Changing these options only
affects the current user, all other users keep their existing settings.
Do not automatically format text: Turns off different forms of automatic number
formatting. With this option selected you can still dictate numbers by saying
"Numeral" before the number, but you must explicitly specify the digits and
format characters such as commas, periods, or dollar signs. Note that the
punctuation of numbers and currency depends on the settings on the Number
and Currency tabs of the Windows Control Panel Regional Settings Properties
sheet.
Automatically format text: Turns on different forms of automatic number
formatting, which lets you dictate numbers in a natural manner and different
forms of word formatting, such as abbreviations, contractions, and e-mail
addresses. Note that the punctuation of numbers and currency depends on the
settings on the Number and Currency tabs of the Windows Control Panel
Regional Settings Properties sheet.
The following options are available only if the "Automatically format numbers
and phrases" option is selected:

Web and E-mail: Turns on automatic e-mail and Web address formatting,
which lets you dictate these addresses in a natural manner. It concatenates
names in Web and e-mail addresses and recognizes the word "at" as the @
sign.
Street addresses: Turns on automatic formatting of postal addresses, such as
