To obtain warranty servic
e, the purchaser must first call or write ALESIS at the
address and telephone number av
ailable on the Alesis Website to obtain a Retur
Authorization
Number and instru
ctions concerning where to return the unit fo
service. All i
nquiries must be accompanied by a description of the problem. All
authori
zed returns must be sent to ALES
IS or an authorized ALESIS repair fac

prepaid, insured and properly pa
ckaged. Proof of purchase must be
