  • Page 6 The term of this Contract shall commence upon the date Services are activated by you and shall be for a minimum period of one (1) year. This Contract shall automatically be renewed for successive one-year periods unless you notify NDC in writing of your desire not to renew, or NDC notifies you in writing of its desire not to renew.
