Holder Bag. If you do not understand any part of these instructions, contact a

healthcare professional for direction in the use of this product. If the Wheelchair O
is not properly installed, personal injury and damage to the Wheelchair O
result.
WARNING: If components are damaged or missing, contact your GF authorized distributor
immediately. DO NOT use substitute parts. Non-E&J replacement parts could cause personal
injury and damage to the Wheelchair O

by improper assembly or use of this product.
INTENDED USE
The EJO2BAG07 Wheelchair O
buckles, is intended to hold a D or E oxygen cylinder. It is mounted with buckled straps on the back of a
standard manual wheelchair.
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
1. Remove O
bag from plastic packing bag.

2. Position O
bag so that Everest & Jennings logo is vertical with single
2
strap on top (fig 1).
3. From back of wheelchair, thread each lower strap over lower
backpost above wheel axle (fig 1) and return it to back of wheelchair.
Fasten and secure lower straps (fig 2).
4. From back of wheelchair, thread each middle strap over upper
backpost above seat (fig 1) and return it to back of wheelchair.
Fasten the two middle straps (fig 2).
5. Insert O2 cylinder inside bag. If necessary, fasten snap so that O
bottle is securely lodged in bag (fig 2).
6. Adjust middle straps so that bag is securely fastened to wheelchair
and does not obstruct wheels or make contact with user's head.
WARNING: Ensure O
obstruct wheels or user before use.
MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
Inspect the Wheelchair O
loose fasteners before each use.
WARNING: Replace the Wheelchair O
ripped or frayed material or loose fasteners are present. It may
not support O
bottle weight.

Clean the Wheelchair O
water solution.
s NOTICE: Do not use abrasive cleaners on any part of the
Wheelchair O
Holder Bag.
