    Assembly Notes: • Ensure you have enough space around the item before beginning assembly. • Use the provided tools for assembly. • Check that all necessary parts are provided before starting. • It is strongly recommended that 2 or more people assemble the machine to prevent possible injury.
  • Page 8 Step 2 Connect the Sensor Wire (34A) with (34B) and then connect the Tension Cable (33) with the Tension Wire (35). Secure the Handlebar Post (4) to the Main Frame (1) using x4 M8x16 Allen Screws (22), x4 Spring Washers (23) and x4 Arc Washers (15). 15 23 22...
  • Page 9 Step 3 Attach the Swing Bar (5L) to the Long Axle (28) on the Handlebar Post (4) using an Allen Screw (24), Spring Washer (25), Flat Washer (19) and Waveform Washer (27). Do not fully tighten the hardware at this stage. Attach the Swing Bar (5R) on the opposite side using the same method.

  • Page 11 Step 5 Route the Pulse Sensor Wire (42) through the Handlebar Post (4) and then out of the hole of the Computer Bracket. Secure the Small Handlebar (9) on the Handlebar Post (4) using x2 Hex Bolts (30), x4 Arc Washers (15), x2 Spring Washers (23) and x2 Acorn Nuts (14).

    Operation Power On/Off • The system turns on when any key is pressed or when a signal is received from the speed sensor. • The system turns off automatically when there is no signal from the sensor and no key is pressed for approximately 4 minutes.

    • Calories: Press the ‘MODE’ button until the pointer locks on ‘CALORIE’. Displays calories burned during the workout. • Pulse: Press the ‘MODE’ button until the pointer moves to ‘PULSE’. Then, place the ear clip on your ear or hold the pulse sensor with your hands. Your heart rate will appear after about 3 seconds.
