Creating the Australian Monitor AM3002 is one of the proudest achievements of our design team.
A huge power level, sonic purity and a totally reliable platform position the AM3002 in a class of its own on the
world stage of high level professional power amplifiers. The utilisation of double die mosfet devices, high energy
capable linear supply and our renowned engineering ability, has yielded a FET amp with minimal losses in its
output stage, capable of delivering clear, clean power into low load impedences.
Due to the extra power demands, we have taken our legendary AM1200 and AM1600
and added the following features to the AM3002:
•An extended chassis with Quad-dual speed fan cooling system
•Side chain control of a mains contactor for mains on/off, alleviating stress and
welding of electro-mechanical mains related components.
•150% more instantaneous energy available from our renowned well regulating supplies.
•Rear Panel mounted individual high current circuit breakers on each current rail.
