    3.2 APPLICATIONS DST desiccant-type dehumidifiers are normally used where dry air is essential to the various manufacturing processes used in chemical, pharmaceutical, food or confectionery industries, or where a dry environment is required for the storing and handling of moisture-sensitive products and raw materials.

    The device will close the dampers at the regeneration air in and wet air out and sound an alarm if the temperature of the return water is below a certain temperature. The alarm temperature can be changed via a potentiometer, which is located in the cabinet. This is not recommended, consult a DST representative for more information.
