Using Type
Specifying anti-aliasing
Anti-aliasing lets you produce smooth-edged type
by partially filling the edge pixels. As a result, the
edges of the type blend into the background. You'll
probably want to use anti-aliased type in your
images, unless you are working with small type
sizes (anti-aliasing can make small type sizes
appear blurry).

Rotating character direction
When you create vertical type, you can select the
Rotate option to rotate the character direction by
90
. The Rotate option does not affect double-byte

characters.
