Wiper Blade

f When wiper performance deteriorates, replace
the wiper.
f Please observe the chapter "CAR CARE IN-
STRUCTIONS" on Page 135.
Caution!
Risk of damage if a wiper blade that is frozen
in place is loosened incorrectly.
f Thaw the wiper blade before loosening it.
Risk of damage if a wiper blade is not
changed properly, it can come loose when
the car is moving.
f Check whether the wiper arm is seated secure-
ly after replacing it.

Maintenance note
If the wiper blade rubs or squeaks, this can be as
a result of the following:
– If the vehicle is washed residues may adhere to
the windshield. These residues can only be
removed using a special cleaning solution.
Please contact your authorized Porsche dealer
for further information.
– The wiper blade may be damaged.
f Replace a damaged wiper blade as soon as
possible.
Replacing a wiper blade
Caution!
Risk of damage.
The wiper arm can collide with the front lid
when removing from the axle.
f Carefully remove the wiper arm.
1. Pull out ignition key.
2. Remove cover A from the wiper arm.
3. Unscrew screw B.
4. Pull off wiper arm C.
