Operating Instructions
Qualified Personnel
Only qualified or trained personnel should use this appliance.
Initial Plate Preparation
Wipe oil, wash with detergent, coat with oil as per cleaning section.
Powering On
Connect to supply, switch on. Green neon indicates power.
Temperature Control
Twin zone models controlled separately. Amber neon illuminates when heating.
Ready Indicator
Griddle ready when amber neon extinguishes. Neon cycles with elements.
Fat Drawer Maintenance
Regularly check fat drawer; do not let it overflow.
Cleaning
General Cleaning Precautions
Do not use water jet/steam cleaner or immerse. Clean panels with mild detergent.
Steel Griddle Plate Cleaning
Scrape residue, wash with detergent/water, rinse, dry, coat with oil.
Chrome Griddle Plate Cleaning
Remove debris, flush with water, use brush, scrape into fat drawer, rinse, dry.
Chrome Surface Care
Do not use sharp instruments on a chrome surface.
