Configures a static entry in the IPv6 Neighbor Table.
ipv6 neighbor ipv6_address hardware_address {if_name} slot/port
no ipv6 neighbor ipv6_address {if_name}

Use the "no" form of the command to remove an entry from the IPv6 Neighbor Table.
