    ENLTV-FM3 User’s Guide Chapter 2: Getting Started 2.1 – ENLTV-FM3 Hardware Installation Install the ENLTV-FM3 PCI Card to the computer’s available PCI slot according to your computers manual and new hardware installation procedures. Make sure that the computer’s power cord is unplugged before inserting the ENLTV-FM3 card to the PCI slot.
