TROuBLESHOOTING

Possible Causes
Release Valve not closed.
Low hydraulic oil and/or
excess air in system.
Lift capacity exceeded.
Release Valve not opened.
Position Pin not removed.

Possible Solutions
1. Turn the Release Valve fully clockwise.
2. Bleed system of excess air and fill with
hydraulic oil.
3. Do not attempt to lift objects over 1100
pounds.
1. Turn the Release Valve fully
counterclockwise.
2. Remove Position Pin.
