ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS FOR
DOMINO ARC LAMP ITEM#5118-22
PLEASE READ AND SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS:
Be careful when unpacking the lamp since the wires
are connected. If the wires are pulled out of their
connectors, the lamp will not turn on.
1. Begin at the bottom of the lamp.
2. Screw the lamp pole (B) onto the lamp base (A)
clockwise.
3. Screw the lamp pole(C) into the bottom lamp pole
(B) clockwise.
4. Screw the lamp pole (G) into the lamp pole (C)
clockwise.
5. Hold top part (D) and tuck extra cord into tube (G)
and then insert top part (D) into tube (G).
6. Insert screw (E) into screw eye of tube (G) and turn
to tighten.
7. Screw bulbs (F) into socket of top part (D).
8. Item weight: 19.14lbs.
CAUTION:
Use only with maximum of 3*40 watt Type-S bulbs (bulbs
included).
IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS:
This portable lamp has a polarized plug (one blade is wider
than the other) as a feature to reduce the risk of electric shock.
This plug will fit in a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug
does not fit fully in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not
fit, contact a qualified electrician. Never use with an extension
cord unless plug can be fully inserted. Do not alter the plug.
