ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION FOR
Celeste LED Torchiere
Model# 5148-22
1. Screw tube (B),(C),(D) and (E) clockwise
onto lamp base (A) and turn to tighten. You
may need to pull any excess cord gently
2. Fold the excess cord and insert into tube
(E).
3. Place shade holder (F) to tube (E) then
tighten it with nut (G) by using wrench (H)
4. Connect the adaptor (J) with cord (I).
