- Page 5 Insert top frame (2) into top frame (1). Use wrench (D) to secure part (3) to top frame (1,2) with bolt (C).
- Page 6 Use wrench (D) to secure top frame (1,2) to leg (4) with bolt (B), washer (D), and spring washer (C).
