Yes, the Universal Remote Control UR3-SR3 has an LED light that turns on when it is ready to be programmed and blinks to confirm actions, such as storing a code.

We have a Universal Remote Control, model UR3-SR3S. The dog sat on the remote and we lost the REW, Play, FF functions on taped shows. How do we get those functions back? Is there a way to reset the remote to factory defaults?
