INSTALLATION STEPS
1) Enlarge the two (2) holes closest to center on bumper beam to a 1/2" .
2) Fishwire 7/16" carriage bolts and blocks through end of bumper beam and out enlarged holes. Raise hitch
into position and fasten hitch to bumper with 7/16" hex flange nuts.
3) Using Hitch as a template drill holes in frame rail with a 1/2" drill bit.
4) Fishwire remaining carriage bolts and blocks through access holes into previously drilled holes.
5) Torque all 7/16" fasteners to 50 lb.-ft.
PERIODICALLY CHECK THIS RECEIVER HITCH TO ENSURE THAT ALL FASTENERS
ARE TIGHT AND THAT ALL STRUCTURAL COMPONENTS ARE SOUND.
