    • Before using the scale, please enter your personal data (height is necessary) through the ViHealth App. • Use the scale with bare feet. The scale can only measure body weight if you're wearing shoes or socks. • Make sure your feet are dry before measuring. Too dry feet may a ect the measurement results.

    Start the Measurement Offline Measurement Remove the insulating strip on the back of the scale. Place the scale on a solid flat surface. Carpeted or uneven floors may a ect the accuracy of the measurement results. Gently step on the scale to wake it up and check if the default settings (gender, age, unit, height) match your personal situation.
