    Preparation before Measuring 1. Remove the label on the glass surface of the scale. 2. Place the scale on a solid flat surface. Carpeted or uneven floors may affect accuracy. 3. Gently step on the scale to wake it up, and step on the scale again to start measuring after the screen shows “0.00”.

When the scale shows “0.00”, step on the scale with bare feet, positioning your feet evenly on the scale platform with maximum contact with the electrodes. Note: Please take off your shoes and socks, otherwise the scale can only measure your weight.
