NORMAl OPERATION Before placing the firewood, fully open the primary air damper and, using the supplied poker, stir the embers to reignite them. Once the firewood is in the combustion chamber (see LOADING INSTRUCTIONS) close the door and wait up to 3 minutes for the flame to ignite, then set the damper in the appropriate position to obtain the nominal output.
