2.2 | Safety of Work Area • Keep work area clean and well lit. A messy or poorly lit work area may cause accidents. • Do not operate tools in flammable or explosive environments. Flammable liquids, gas, and dust can cause combustion. -

• Mandrel collector must be emptied at half capacity. Tool may not function properly if the mandrel collector is blocked. To prevent this, empty the mandrel collector once it is halfway filled. • Be aware of high-velocity projectiles. It is possible for the riveting process to generate a high-velocity projectile. -
