The unit does not operate.
The batteries are discharged or not installed.
Insert two new "AAA/LR03/HP16" batteries.

The batteries are discharged.

"POWER OFF" appears when the operation button is pressed.
Hold function is set.
Slide the POWER switch to ON.

The earphone is plugged in.
