SAFETY GUIDELINES - PLEASE READ BEFORE USE
WARNING: Read and understand these instructions before using the Step Stool. If you
do not understand any part of these instructions, contact a healthcare professional for
direction in the use of this product. If the stool is not properly installed, personal injury
and damage to the stool could result.
WARNING: If components are damaged or missing, contact your Intensa authorized
distributor immediately. DO NOT use substitute parts. Non-Intensa replacement parts
could cause personal injury and damage to the stool.
WARNING: This product has a maximum weight capacity of 500 lb, EVENLY DISTRIBUTED.
WARNING: GF Health Products, Inc. ("GF") assumes no responsibility for any damage or
injury caused by improper installation or use of this product.
INTENDED USE
The intended use of this step stool is to extend your reach
for objects within your arm span.
UNPACKING INSTRUCTIONS
Remove stool from carton and protective packaging. Check
for obvious damage to the carton or its contents. If damage
is evident, do not use the product; notify the carrier and
your GF authorized distributor for further instruction.
OPERATION
WARNING: Ensure user is physically capable of using stool.
WARNING: DO NOT use the stool on wet or slippery surfaces.
WARNING: ALWAYS ensure stool is securely positioned during use. For proper balance and
stability, ALWAYS stand on the middle of the step. All four leg tips MUST be in contact with
floor at all times.
WARNING: DO NOT put downward weight on one side of the stool. DO NOT reach or lean if
you must shift your weight to do so.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
WARNING: Inspect the stool weekly for proper function and wear. If any component is
not in proper working order or appears worn, contact your Intensa authorized distributor
immediately for repair or appropriate replacement parts.
s NOTICE: DO NOT use solvents, abrasive cleaners, or scouring pads on any part of the
stool.
To clean stool, use a mild soap and water solution and a clean cloth. Rinse with clear water, then
dry with a soft cloth. Ensure that stool is well rinsed before using.
