Chapter 4 Thermal cycle the chips Guidelines for handling loaded chips Guidelines for handling loaded chips To ensure the proper function of your loaded chips, handle them according to the following guidelines: • Always wear powder-free gloves. IMPORTANT! Oils from your hands can contaminate the chips and interfere with imaging.

For each event, the log provides a description of the activity and the date/time when it occurred.
