  • Page 11 INSTALL THE HANDLEBAR Tools needed: No.4 and No.5 Hex Keys Turn the stem and front fork to the front and remove the front cover of the stem with the No.4 Hex Key. Place the handlebar into the stem handlebar slot, align its center with the center of the handlebar slot, and then use the No.4 Hex Key to tighten the screws in diagonal order (Torque: 5–6 Nm).

Install the quick release on the front wheel in the direction shown in the fi gure, and then tighten the nut. Note: There is no need for you to fully tighten the nut at this time.

    INSTALL THE FRONT WHEEL Tools needed: No.5 Hex Key Set the quick release lever to the open position, and remove the protective sheets from the brake clamps. Install the front wheel; make sure that the brake disc is in the middle of the brake clamps. Tighten the quick release nut, and then turn it to the closed position as shown in the figure.

    BATTERY CHARGING OPERATIONS You can choose to charge the battery either while it is installed on the bike or after removing it. You may fi nd it more convenient to remove the battery and charge it indoors. After placing the bike in a safe location, you can charge the battery directly through the charging port located on the side of the battery.

    USER MENU Press and hold the [+] and [-] buttons simultaneously for 2 seconds to enter the user menu when the e-bike is stopped and no error occurs. On the user menu, you can view or manage the trip information, unit, backlight brightness, auto power-off time, speed limit, user password, system information, and language.
