    INSTALL THE FRONT WHEEL Tools needed: No.15 Wrench and No.5 Hex Key Loosen the nuts on both sides of the front hub and remove the protective sheets from the brake clamps. Insert the front hub bearing in the opening at the front fork while making sure that the brake disc is in the middle of the brake clamps.

    CONTROLLER OPERATIONS 3.1 Turning the controller on/off When the controller is off, you can press and hold the Power button to turn it on. When the controller is on, you can press and hold the Power button to turn off the controller. Staying idle for 10 minutes will turn off the controller automatically.
  • Page 26 CONTROLLER OPERATIONS 3.3 Assisted Pushing mode and POWER BOOST mode The e-bike will enter Assisted Pushing if the assistance mode is at Gear 0 and you press and hold the Power Boost [ ] Button for 2 seconds. The e-bike moves steadily at a speed equal to or less than 6 km/h, and the first gear indicator blinks.

    3.4 Turning the headlight on/off Press the Light button on the controller to turn the headlight and the in-frame rear light on/off. The mudguard tail light is powered by a separate battery. You can press the button on top of the light to turn it on/off.

    1. Charge the e-bike indoors and keep it away from direct sunlight, rain, or snow. 2. Use only the TENWAYS charger to charge the e-bike. 3. Make sure that you charge your e-bike at an appropriate ambient temperature. The best ambient temperature for charging is between 20°C and 25°C.
