Intended use The ESA710/ESA712/ESA715 (the product) is intended for use by trained service technicians to perform periodic preventative maintenance on a wide range of equipment. The testing procedures are menu-driven, and simple to operate. The product is an electronic signal source and measurement device for verifying compliance with electrical safety standards.
