0°C - +50°C (for upgrade option V525, without option V145)
To enable the full operating temperature range, the BIOS setup

- Page 2 MW-520 will not power up. A heater (option V145) maintains the ambient temperature of the MW-520 hard disk above 0° (5°C at power-on) to prevent it from being damaged by extremely low temperatures and enabling fast power on. It operates continuously for 16 hours.
