BEFORE USING THE DEVICE, PLEASE READ THE INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE COMPLETELY AND CAREFULLY.
CORRECT APPLICATION IS VITAL TO THE PROPER FUNCTIONING OF THE DEVICE.
APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
The product is designed to be worn during normal everyday activities.
1. Open the lumbar belt.
3. Place the lumbar support around the waist. Make sure that the lumbar
belt is correctly centred over your spine.
5. The back support should be fastened tightly, fit your body well, and
provide comfort and relief. (The back support should not apply any
pressure to the groin when sitting down). A tightening readjustment may
be necessary to adapt belt compression and to avoid pressure points on
the groin when sitting down.

2. The removable elastomer back pad is fastened by hook-and-loop in
the centre of the back support (arrow symbol pointed upwards), with the
stimulating dots facing the back's curvature.
4. Hold the back support by inserting your hands into the comfortable
grip pockets, pull to extend the main fabric and wrap it around your waist.
The front closure panels should be closely parallel to each other if you
are a man and at a slight angle if you are a woman. Then remove your left
hand from the grip pocket and, with the right hand, press down firmly on
the top front closure panel.
