Auswechseln der XENON-
Lampe im Lampenmodul
Diese Anleitung beschreibt das Auswechseln der
Lampe bei den KARL STORZ Lichtquellen
XENON 175, XENON 300 und D-LIGHT/AF/C.
Hinweis: Die Lampenmodule gibt es in zwei
Ausführungen Version 1 (V1) und Version 2 (V2).

Hinweis XENON NOVA 175/300:
Das Auswechseln der Lampe ist in der XENON
NOVA ® 175/300 Gebrauchsanweisung
beschrieben.
Benötigtes Werkzeug
• Schlitzschraubendreher
• Torx-Schraubendreher Größe 25
• Inbusschlüssel 7/64"
• Wärmeleitpaste
Warnung: Explosionsgefahr. Die Lampe
ist mit XENON-Gas gefüllt, das unter ho-
hem Druck steht. Sie ist deshalb mit der
entsprechenden Vorsicht zu behandeln und darf
nur von elektrotechnisch ausgebildetem Personal
gewechselt werden. Hohe mechanische Belastun-
gen können zum Bruch der Lampe führen.
Schutzbrille tragen! Das Tragen von Schutz-
kleidung (Gesichtsschutz, Handschuhe etc.) wird
nachdrücklich empfohlen.
Vorgehensweise
V2: Die Torx-Schrauben der
Kühlkörperklammerung lösen.
V1: Die Klammer mit Hilfe des
Schlitzschraubendrehers lösen.
VORSICHT: Klammer springt weg.

Replacing the XENON lamp
in the lamp module
These instructions describe the lamp
replacement for the KARL STORZ light sources
XENON 175,
XENON 300 and D-LIGHT/AF/C.
Note: The lamp modules are available in two
models: Version 1 (V1) and Version 2 (V2).

Tools required
• Slot head screwdriver
• Torx screwdriver, size 25
• Hex key 7/64"
• Thermo-lubricant
Warning: Danger of explosion.
The lamp is filled with XENON gas at
very high pressure. It must therefore be
handled with appropriate care and must only be
replaced by skilled electrical engineers. Strong
mechanical forces could cause the lamp to
break.
Wear safety goggles! We expressly recommend
wearing protective clothing (face protection,
gloves, etc).
How to proceed
V2: Undo the Torx screws of the heat sink clips.
V1: Release the clip with the aid of the slot head
screwdriver.
CAUTION: The clip springs off.

Esta Instrucción describe el cambio de la lámpara
en las fuentes de luz XENON 175, XENON 300 y
D-LIGHT/AF/C de KARL STORZ.
Nota: Existen dos modelos de módulo portalám-
paras: versión 1 (V1) y versión 2 (V2).

Herramientas requeridas
• Destornillador para cabeza ranurada
• Destornillador para tornillos Torx tamaño 25
• Llave de barra hexagonal acodada 7/64"
• Pasta termoconductora
Cuidado: Peligro de explosión. La lámpa-
ra está llena de gas XENON a elevada
presión. Por tanto, ha de manipularse con
la debida precaución y el cambio sólo ha de lle-
varse a cabo por técnicos cualificados en elec-
trotécnica. La lámpara podría romperse si se la
somete a fuertes cargas mecánicas.
¡Lleve gafas de protección! Recomendamos
encarecidamente utilizar ropa protectora (másca-
ra protectora, guantes, etc.).
Procedimiento
V2: Afloje los tornillos Torx del grapado del cuerpo
refrigerante.
V1: Afloje las grapas con ayuda del destornillador
para cabezas ranuradas.
ADVERTENCIA: La grapa salta.
