Disconnect battery ground before starting installation. ROPS Installation Instructions: . Un-bolt and remove the upper hoop of the 2-post ROPS. Let the fuel breather tube hang to the side.

Route the main power harness on the back right corner of the cab down the baffle provided on the rear bracket and down into the hood area towards the alternator. . Connect the heavy black 10 GA wire to the tractor ground at the back of the starter mount plate as shown below.

Shorten the wire if necessary, then solder wire to connector. . Take the orange wire and connect to a key switch activated source on the engine, as shown below.

It is essential that you read the instructions and safety regulations before you attempt to assemble or use the features that are on this cab/ROPS. - Page 14 July 2016© Jacobsen MP653 ROPS Operator Manual General Safety 1. Never let an unqualified or untrained driver operate the utility vehicle. 2. Keep a fire extinguisher, with ABC rating securely fastened in the ROPS. Maintain it and be familiar with its use.
- Page 15 July 2016© Jacobsen MP653 ROPS Operator Manual Safe Operation on Rough Terrain 1. Drive the utility vehicle slowly on hillsides and curves to eliminate the danger of tipping. Avoid slopes which are too steep for safe operation. Avoid sharp uphill turns.

Clear the operator platform of all tools. Tools left in or around the ROPS and utility vehicle can cause operator interference which could lead to bodily injury and/or damage the machine.
