QUICK START GUIDE
Use the RCA Signal Finder App to find the
1
best location for your antenna.
In the Google Play or Apple App Stores, search for "RCA
Signal Finder" and look for the icon shown here. Then
download and install the App.
Launch the App and follow the directions there to find
the best location and orientation for your antenna.
Antenna Placement Tips
Avoid metal surfaces (like a metal stand).
Move the antenna close to or in a window.
Position the antenna as high as possible.
Placement Options: Stand or Wall Mounting
This antenna offers two placement options: the
Antenna, back
provided stand or wall mounting. If you'd like to use the
stand, insert it into one of the circular slots on the back
of the antenna. The antenna can be positioned vertically
or horizontally.
If you'd rather mount the antenna to the wall, use the
included M3x18 mounting screws and the mounting
Stand
slots on the back of the antenna.
Use the antenna's signal meter to fine-tune
2
antenna location and orientation.
Plug the antenna's USB-powered amplifier into a
USB power adapter (not included).
Note: If your TV has a USB power port, you can
plug the amplifier's USB cable directly into it for
power.
The antenna's built-in signal meter measures the signal of the strongest
UHF signal your antenna is receiving.
STOP!
Move your antenna until the
signal meter shows at least
the second indicator. For best
performance, try to get the
third indicator.
Note: The signal meter times
out after 15 minutes. To use it
again, unplug the power cord
and plug it back in.
